What is Naam?
In the study of Gurbani, Naam is everything. The purpose of human life is to experience Naam. Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji once defined Naam as, “My identity, given to me by my God complete and clear.” In this class, we will explore the 2nd Ashtapadi of Sukhmani Sahib, and understand the importance of Naam and how to train the mind to recognize it.

In the recording, it is difficult to hear students’ questions and comments. The beginning of the class takes some time because of people arriving after the discussion began.
Four Letters of Shabad Hazaray
Audio recording of a workshop held Ek Ong Kaar Kaur’s home in February of 2014. The class covers the history and poetry of these 4 beautiful love letters from the Sikh tradition. The recordings include a group meditation based on these letters for Healing the Wounds of Love.

The Khands in Japji Sahib – Levels of the Blue Ethers
On December 14, 2013, Ek Ong Kaar Kaur taught a workshop about the Khands in Japji Sahib, also considered the levels of the Blue Ethers in the teachings of the Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. These audio tracks are from the class – including conversations with the students. The recordings are not perfect, there may be a some minutes missing from a few of the tracks.
